Client A is planning their first trip to Disney World in Florida. They take their free 30-minute intake call and share their excitement about visiting all four parks over a 7-day vacation in March. I say I can help make the trip enjoyable, even during peak Spring Break season. Client A chooses to have an itinerary created and reservations booked entirely by me. I book the trip, make FastPass and Dining reservations, and come up with fun experiences for first-time guests within their budget. I share the itinerary with the guest for approval.
Any holiday at Disneyland is truly a sight to see, and Client B knows that. They have chosen to go to the California park for Christmas in early December. During their free consultation, they share that they have been before and want to focus on the holiday festivities instead of doing the standard park plans. Client B chooses to create an itinerary together using my guidance and schedules a follow-up two-hour call to figure everything out. After the call and the itinerary is created, I book the applicable FastPass and Dining reservations when those booking windows open for the client.
Client C wants to run in the Disney World Princess Half-Marathon in February and wants to plan a trip around that. Having done multiple runDisney races myself, I’m able to work with the client during their intake and additional hour-long calls to make plans that are mindful of race times, recovery times, and meal needs. I’m also able to secure the extra race bookings for the client in addition to the regular Disney reservations.
